🩺 What You'll Do

1. Provide hands-on care and daily support to residents
2. Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, eating, and mobility
3. Record vital signs and observe residents’ conditions
4. Foster meaningful relationships with residents and their families
5. Work closely with licensed nurses and interdisciplinary team members
6. Uphold resident dignity and provide compassionate, respectful care

🎓 What We’re Looking For

1. Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Alabama (required)
2. Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred but not required
3. Strong communication and teamwork skills
4. A caring, patient, and dependable personality
5. Commitment to making a positive impact in residents’ lives
