Position: RN-MedSurg (Travel/Contract)
We're hiring experienced RN-MedSurg for a 13-week contract in Gadsden, Alabama — earn up to ($1722 - $1812 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities
Provide high-quality patient care in a MedSurg unit.
Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Collaborate with healthcare team to develop patient care plans.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards.
Document patient care activities accurately and timely.
Educate patients and families on health management and care procedures.
Participate in continuous professional development and training.
Adapt to changing patient needs and healthcare environments.
Utilize data to assess and improve patient care outcomes.
Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
Maintain high visibility of work activity and results.
Experience/Qualifications
Registered Nurse with active Alabama state license.
Minimum of 2 years experience in MedSurg nursing.
Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
Proficient in Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.
Strong interpersonal skills for patient and family education.
Experience in developing and implementing patient care plans.
Knowledge of healthcare regulations and safety standards.
Ability to adapt to fast-paced and changing environments.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Strong analytical skills for assessing patient care outcomes.
