JENNMAR Services, is seeking a General Contractor Project Manager for a position in the Smyrna, GA area.

Job Responsibilities for General Contractor Project Manager:

• Lead and manage office staff and field crews, ensuring efficient coordination of all project phases from pre-construction through closeout.
• Develop, monitor, and manage project budgets, proactively identifying and controlling cost overruns.
• Create, update, and maintain detailed project schedules, coordinating timelines with all stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery.
• Prepare, review, and submit monthly pay applications and cost tracking reports to owners and financial stakeholders.
• Coordinate daily with owners, architects, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project specifications, timelines, and quality standards are met.
• Recruit, interview, and hire project personnel and subcontractors, ensuring all labor and skill needs are met.
• Review and approve vendor and subcontractor invoices for accuracy, contract compliance, and timely payment.
• Oversee project startup activities, including site mobilization, permitting, procurement, and subcontractor onboarding.
• Support preconstruction efforts, including project estimating, value engineering, bid leveling, and proposal preparation.

Position Requirements for General Contractor Project Manager:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in tunneling (hand mining or tunnel boring machine [TBM]) or jack & bore operations.
• Must successfully pass all pre-employment requirements, including drug screening and criminal background check.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
