Furniture Delivery & Assembly Crew Member (Full Time)

Location: Madison, AL

Pay: $15–$18/hr depending on experience + Weekly Bonus Potential

Madison Home Furniture is hiring full-time Delivery Crew Members to join our in-house team. You will be responsible for safely delivering and assembling furniture in customers’ homes, assisting with warehouse tasks, and helping keep daily operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Furniture Delivery & Setup:

• Load and unload delivery trucks with care.
• Deliver and assemble furniture in customer homes.
• Take clear delivery photos and collect customer signatures.
• Communicate respectfully with customers and address basic delivery concerns.

Warehouse & In-Store Support:

• Receive and organize incoming inventory.
• Assist with floor moves, staging, and store cleanliness.
• Maintain delivery tools such as straps and hardware.

Team Coordination:

• Work closely with the Store Manager and Sales team to stay on schedule.
• Report damages, issues, or delays immediately.
• Complete delivery logs and required paperwork daily.

Requirements:

• Ability to lift and move heavy furniture safely (team lifting encouraged).
• Punctual, dependable, and strong work ethic.
• Respectful and professional customer interaction.
• Basic communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license.

Compensation & Benefits:

• $15–$18 per hour based on experience.
• Weekly performance bonuses for clean, on-time, issue-free deliveries.
