Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A K-12 school in Roanoke, AL is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide services for the current school year under a contract position. This role supports students across all grade levels in speech and language development and therapy.

Qualifications:

• Valid Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
• Experience working as an SLP within a school setting preferred
• Ability to assess and treat a wide range of communication disorders in children
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with educators and families

Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech and language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver direct therapy services to students with speech and language impairments
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to school district policies
