Job Title: Painter Job Description

We are seeking a skilled painter to prepare and paint steel beams and bridge components. The role involves blasting and sanding steel to ensure it is ready for painting.

• Prepare steel beams and bridge components for painting.
• Blast and sand steel surfaces.
• Mix paints and hardeners to achieve desired textures and finishes.
• Apply paint using spray guns and pressure pot guns.
• Perform industrial painting tasks including powder coating and liquid-based painting.

• 1-4 years of experience in industrial painting.
• 1-4 years of experience in prepping and blasting metal or steel.
• 1-4 years of experience in mixing paints and hardeners.
• Proficiency in using spray guns and pressure pot guns.
• 1-4 years of experience in powder coating.

• Experience in sanding and blasting metals or parts.
• Familiarity with painting on fabrication projects.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cordova, AL.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
