General Labor / Quality Inspector

Shift Available:

• Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Monday–Thursday)
  Some overtime may be required.

Job Summary:

Dedicated Personnel is seeking reliable General Laborers / Quality Inspectors to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with warehouse experience who is mechanically inclined and can work in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general labor duties within a warehouse setting.
• Inspect materials and products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Use a tape measure accurately during daily tasks.
• Assist with basic mechanical tasks and troubleshooting as needed.
• Safely lift and move 40–50 lbs with assistance from a second person.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

Requirements:

• Previous warehouse experience required.
• Mechanically inclined and able to pass mechanical aptitude testing.
• Ability to accurately read a tape measure (Tape Test required).
• Ability to bend, twist, lift, and perform physical job duties.
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
