Job Title: Caregiver / Home Care Aide

Reports To: Care Coordinator / Agency Administrator

Location: Client’s Home / Assigned Location

Job Summary:

We are seeking compassionate, reliable, and dedicated caregivers to provide non-medical home care services to seniors and individuals with disabilities. As a caregiver with God’s Sitting Partners Home Care, you will assist clients with daily living activities, ensuring their safety, dignity, and quality of life.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and hygiene
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with mobility and transfers, including use of assistive devices
• Prepare and serve meals according to dietary needs
• Perform light housekeeping tasks (laundry, dishes, vacuuming, etc.)
• Remind clients to take medications (no medication administration)
• Provide transportation or run errands as needed (if applicable)
• Monitor and report changes in client condition or behavior
• Maintain accurate documentation of services provided

Qualifications:

• Prior caregiving experience preferred (formal or informal)
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if required for the role)
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans
