Job Title: Caregiver / Home Care Aide
Reports To: Care Coordinator / Agency Administrator
Location: Client’s Home / Assigned Location
Job Summary:
We are seeking compassionate, reliable, and dedicated caregivers to provide non-medical home care services to seniors and individuals with disabilities. As a caregiver with God’s Sitting Partners Home Care, you will assist clients with daily living activities, ensuring their safety, dignity, and quality of life.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and hygiene
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with mobility and transfers, including use of assistive devices
- Prepare and serve meals according to dietary needs
- Perform light housekeeping tasks (laundry, dishes, vacuuming, etc.)
- Remind clients to take medications (no medication administration)
- Provide transportation or run errands as needed (if applicable)
- Monitor and report changes in client condition or behavior
- Maintain accurate documentation of services provided
Qualifications:
- Prior caregiving experience preferred (formal or informal)
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if required for the role)
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and follow care plans

Working Conditions:
