About the Role
Were looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Payroll Clerk to support payroll processing and compliance for our growing organization. In this role, youll ensure accurate and timely payroll while maintaining confidentiality, answering employee inquiries, and supporting administrative payroll functions. If youre organized, analytical, and love working behind the scenes to make a big impact, this is the role for you.

What Youll Do

• Collect, calculate, and enter payroll data with accuracy and confidentiality
• Research and resolve payroll discrepancies and errors
• Maintain payroll records and compliance in alignment with company policies and applicable laws
• Prepare and distribute payroll-related tax forms including W-2s and 1099s
• Respond to employee inquiries about payroll, deductions, direct deposits, and tax withholdings
• Run audits and support reporting for payroll analysis and review
• Communicate updates and payroll procedures to field teams
• Support additional administrative tasks as needed

Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience in payroll or a similar administrative role
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and G Suite; familiarity with payroll software is a plus
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable handling sensitive and confidential information
• Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
