This full-time contract-to-hire opportunity begins in early August and spans the academic year, offering you the chance to make a lasting impact across three dynamic school sites, including preschools and local community settings.

In this position, you'll work a consistent Monday through Friday schedule from 7:30 AM to 2:30 PM, managing a diverse caseload of about 75 students. Qualifications:

• Hold your Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or the relevant state department of education certification.
• Proven experience working in a school setting or with school-aged children.
• Skillful in evaluating, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders.
• Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration abilities.
• Flexible and responsive to needs across various ages and educational contexts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct screenings and comprehensive assessments.
• Develop and implement IEPs in partnership with interdisciplinary teams and families.
• Provide direct therapy for individuals and groups, targeting a range of speech and language goals.
• Monitor and document student progress using data-driven practices.
• Consult with teachers, administrators, and parents to support generalization of skills.
• Travel between three assigned sites, including providing some in-home preschool services within the community.
