Job Summary

Fuel the fan experience! As a Concessions Manager, you will lead the planning and execution of high-volume food and beverage operations across campus events. You will manage front-line staff, optimize service efficiency, and ensure all concessions offerings deliver both satisfaction and profitability. Game day just got better—with your leadership!

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred

• 3+ years of experience in concessions, stadium, or large-scale foodservice operations

• Proficiency in point-of-sale systems, inventory, and scheduling platforms

• ServSafe and Alcohol Service Certification (or ability to obtain)

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all concession stands and portable operations for events

• Recruit, train, and manage hourly team members and supervisors

• Ensure inventory control, accurate cash handling, and cost-effective ordering

• Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations

• Collaborate with culinary and event teams to execute successful service

• Monitor real-time sales and adjust operations dynamically

• Deliver a consistent, high-quality guest experience
