Dog Academy —Dog Academy is an online dog training site. Our goal is to 'train the trainer'. We assist clients throughout training, even aligning them with a one-on-one trainer to further their knowledge. Helping dogs and their owners build a stronger bond through positive-based training is incredibly important to us.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Dog Academy is an established contact center hiring remote sales agents to join our growing team for a training class on October 27th, 2025 .

If you have previous experience in collection, auto sales, insurance, or cold calling, then you will be a perfect fit! We require a minimum of 2 years of contact center SALES experience along with intermediate computer skills.

We offer a competitive hourly pay rate of $15.00/hour , plus an uncapped commission opportunity, with our top earners earning thousands in commission payouts each month . This job can be done remotely from any location in the following states: LA, GA, FL, TX, MS, KY, RI, NC, and AL.

HOURS OF OPERATION

• 8 am-9:00 pm (Central Standard Time) 7 days a week

SCHEDULE EXPECTATIONS:

This is a full-time position with a 4-day workweek - you'll work four 10-hour shifts (40 hours total) and three days off each week.

Dog Academy is open 7 days a week; therefore, your off days will be assigned based on the business needs. Days off may fall on weekdays, weekends, or a mix of both. While we do our best to provide consistency, we cannot guarantee that all three days off will be consecutive.

Your shift will rotate between two blocks:

• Early shift 8:00 am - 6:30 pm
• Late shift 10:30 am - 9:00 pm

Flexibility is a must, as your schedule may vary depending on coverage needs.
