To succeed, Responsibilities:
- The Captain is the primary person responsible for the assigned section of 10-12 tables.
- Core duties include greeting guests, taking food and drink orders, entering orders accurately into the POS, coordinating with Servers and the Kitchen.
- Monitoring guest needs and satisfaction.
- Ensuring service problems are addressed promptly.
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Minimum 1 year experience in a full-service, casual restaurant culinary management position
- Minimum 21 years or older
- Available to work nights, weekends, and holiday shifts
- Continuous standing, bending, and lifting up to 60 pounds
