STAMP is looking for a Workflow Manager to be the operational heartbeat of our agency. You’ll be the "Air Traffic Controller" for our Creative, Media, and Account teams, ensuring every job—from digital campaigns to video shoots—crosses the finish line on time and on brand.

What you’ll do daily

Own the Workflow: Open jobs, assign step-by-step schedules, and manage the internal lifecycle of every project through Trello.

Lead the Huddle: Conduct daily AM traffic meetings and afternoon check-ins to keep everyone aligned and focused on the day’s most pressing tasks.

Problem Solve: Balance the steady flow of work while expertly expediting "crisis jobs" when they arise.

Quality Assurance: Serve as a final set of eyes for proofreading and ensuring all internal and client sign-offs are in place.

Bridge the Gap: Work closely with Account Executives, Media Buyers, and our Creative Director to keep communication lines wide open.

Who you are

• A Trello power user (or a quick study in project management tools like Advantage/Webvantage).
• A clear communicator who isn’t afraid to "nudge" a team member to keep a project on track.
• Hyper-organized. You notice the small details others miss.
• Proactive. You anticipate bottlenecks before they happen.
