Toxicology Sales Representative – Alabama/Georgia Territory
Base Salary: $75K–$90K + Performance-Based Bonus Structure
Location: Preferably based in Alabama or Georgia
Experience Required: Clinical Lab Sales (Toxicology); Molecular a Plus

Lighthouse Lab Services is proud to represent a well-established toxicology laboratory that is expanding its commercial team. We are actively seeking a Toxicology Sales Representative to help grow the lab's presence in the Southeast, particularly in Alabama and Georgia .

Position Overview:

This is a high-impact sales role focused on selling toxicology testing services to healthcare providers and clinical settings. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in toxicology laboratory sales , strong existing relationships in the region, and the ability to drive new business opportunities in a competitive market. Experience with molecular testing (infectious disease, pharmacogenomics, etc.) is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a territory sales plan to meet and exceed performance targets

• Maintain and grow existing client relationships while aggressively pursuing new business

• Educate providers on the clinical value of the lab's toxicology and molecular services

• Utilize CRM tools to manage pipeline, log activity, and track progress

• Conduct regular in-person visits, phone outreach, and other lead generation activities

• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery

• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and regional meetings

• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory and company standards

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required

• Minimum 2 years of clinical laboratory sales experience , specifically in toxicology testing

• Experience with molecular diagnostics (infectious disease, PGx, etc.) is highly preferred

• Existing relationships with physician offices, pain management clinics, behavioral health providers, or addiction centers is a plus

• Self-starter with strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skills

• Must reside in Alabama or Georgia , or be willing to relocate to the area

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary: $75,000 – $90,000 (based on experience)

• Performance-based bonus structure

• Hybrid remote role
