About the Role:

As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of service in our dining establishments. You will lead a team of talented individuals, ensuring that our guests' needs are met and exceeded. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, training, and performance management
• Ensure that all service standards are consistently met, from greeting guests to delivering an exceptional dining experience
• Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure seamless coordination between the kitchen and the front of house
• Maintain a clean and organized restaurant, adhering to all health and safety regulations

Qualifications:

• Previous Restaurant and Customer Service experience
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including food and beverage preparation and service
