Ready to add some serious zest to your schedule? The Local Lemon, right here in beautiful Prattville, AL, is looking for friendly, fun-loving folks to join our crew as Lemonistas! If you’re all about good vibes, fresh lemonade, and spreading smiles, this is the perfect gig for you.

What’s a Lemonista?

Think of yourself as the sunshine behind every sip! As a Lemonista, you’ll be serving up our signature refreshing lemonades and other menu items, all while making sure every customer leaves happier than when they arrived. It’s all about good times, great drinks, and even better company!

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Mixing and serving delicious lemonade with love and care
• Keeping your workspace clean, cool, and ready for action
• Greeting customers with your best smile and good energy
• Helping out with restocking, transactions, and making the day run smooth as sugar

What We’re Looking For:

• A sunny attitude and a love for making people smile
• Great communication and customer service skills (or a willingness to learn!) ️
• Team spirit — because lemonade tastes better when we squeeze it together! ‍
• No experience? No worries! If you’re eager and ready to bring your best, we want you!

When You’ll Be Working:

We’re busy mostly Thursday through Saturday, with special events sprinkled throughout the year, including major holidays like Memorial Day, July 4th, and Labor Day. We take breaks on Thanksgiving and Christmas but stay involved by giving back to our community with volunteer drives and events like Thanksgiving dinners and school supply giveaways. It’s more than a job! It’s a way to make a difference!
