Service Advisor

Prattville - Mobile Service Advisor - Full-time

At Long-Lewis, the Mobile Service Advisor serves as the central communication hub between our customers and our mobile technicianswhether the vehicle is being serviced at the customer's home, workplace, or another off-site location.

In this role, you'll act as the primary point of contact for all off-site automotive service and repair matters. Your responsibilities will include understanding customer concerns, coordinating vehicle pick-up and delivery, clearly communicating repair needs, and managing customer expectations throughout the process. You'll ensure that our customers are well-informed, comfortable, and confident in the services we provide.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and takes pride in delivering an exceptional service experience every time.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a dealership or large service facility
• Unrestricted driver's license with a clean driving record
• Proven track record in both technical and customer service roles
• Strong communication skillsboth verbal and written
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to stay composed and positive under pressure
• Must be a self-starter with excellent time management skills and the ability to work well independently and as part of a team
