You’re going to love Cantey Foundation Specialists! Our next Foreman will enjoy a stable work schedule every week while assisting their crew leader, they will understand how to deliver a permanent, high-quality solution for the customer’s home foundation issues.

You’ll have the opportunity to travel and work in several new locations every month. You’ll enjoy using equipment that works properly and have access to all personal protective equipment needed to complete all jobs in a safe manner. You will also benefit from the best hands-on training in the industry.

Position Overview

• Highlights: Monday – Friday schedule, Shirts/Hat/Jacket/PPE Bag provided, Fun Work Culture

Job Type: Construction Foreman

• Work Hours: Full Time, W2 Employee
• Compensation: $28/hour training pay for the 1st 90 days, then $70,000 - $100,000/year depending on install volume
• Compensation Structure: Hourly plus production bonus
• Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability, Aflac, Matching 401(k), Paid Time Off
• Location: Bessemer,AL

Required Experience

• Previous carpentry/rough framing
• Subfloor installation
• Customer service
• Management
• Valid Driver’s License

Preferred Experience

• Remodeling
• Replacing structural wood components underneath homes (Main beams/Joists)
