• Handle catering orders and manage "freezer to fork" meal preparations.
• Superintend the kitchen’s inventory levels and order stock as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace throughout shifts.
• Ensure the highest quality of meal is served by closely monitoring the food presentation and portion sizes.
• Follow and enforce strict health and hygiene standards in the kitchen.
• Collaborate with management to create new menu items and optimize the kitchen workflow.
• Prepare each order with attention to detail, ensuring that all dishes are delivered with care and elegance.

• Proven food preparation and kitchen management experience.
