As a Security Officer Dispatch in Tanner, AL , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. Join Allied Universal as a Dispatch professional in a dynamic technology location, where you will monitor activity, coordinate responses to security-related incidents, support communications across the site, and help maintain smooth daily operations. This role combines strong customer service, attention to detail, and real-time decision-making, while reflecting our agile, reliable, and innovative approach, a caring culture, teamwork, and integrity.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, communication support, and/or emergency response activities for a technology-focused location.
• Monitor phones, radios, alarms, and/or digital communication systems to receive calls, document activity, and relay information to appropriate personnel in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Coordinate the dispatch of personnel for incidents, service requests, and other security-related matters, helping to support timely responses across the location.
• Maintain detailed logs, incident reports, and shift activity records, sharing updates with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, as assigned, while remaining prepared to respond to incidents and critical situations.

Minimum Requirements:

• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
