As a Sales Manager at EcoView Windows & Doors, you will oversee and lead our local sales team to success. Your role is to recruit, train, motivate, and guide Sales Representatives while ensuring they are following the company’s proven sales process and meeting performance goals. You’ll play a vital role in driving both local and national growth by helping homeowners upgrade their homes with energy-efficient, affordable solutions.
The ideal candidate is a natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can hold a team accountable, and has a proven track record in sales management.
Responsibilities
Recruit, train, and coach Sales Representatives to perform at their highest potential
Set sales goals and monitor performance to ensure consistent achievement
Conduct ride-alongs, in-home appointment audits, and digital presentation reviews
Motivate the sales team through incentives, team meetings, and mentorship
Ensure compliance with company policies, sales process, and customer service standards
Track KPIs and provide performance feedback and reporting to ownership
Assist with closing high-value deals and handling escalated homeowner concerns
Develop and execute strategies to increase local market share and profitability

Helpful Skills and Experience
3+ years Sales experience required; 1-2 years in a leadership/management role preferred
CRM experience and ability to analyze sales metrics
Strong leadership and team-building skills
Excellent communication and coaching abilities
High level of organization, accountability, and follow-through
Experience in setting and achieving sales goals
Proficiency with presentation software and reporting tools
Ability and willingness to travel for training, ride-alongs, and sales meetings
Comfortability in an in-home appointment setting
A “Blue-Chip” mindset with a passion for helping both team members and customers succeed
