As a Bartender , you'll play a pivotal role in delivering impeccable service to our guests by assisting the front-of-house team and ensuring smooth restaurant operations. You'll be a part of an energetic team focused on providing every guest with an unforgettable experience, all while staying agile, efficient, and focused in a bustling, high-energy environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be the Heart of Hospitality: Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine, according to our recipes and guests’ preferences.
• Keep Things Running Smoothly: Maintaining bar area. Keep the bar area clean, stocked, and organized, ensuring supplies are replenished and equipment is properly maintained. Ensure responsible alcohol service and monitor guest intoxication levels according to company guidelines and local laws.
• Collaborating with Team Members: Work closely with kitchen and wait staff to ensure efficient service and guest satisfaction.
• Handling Customer Concerns: Address customer complaints or issues professionally and promptly, ensuring a positive resolution.
• Compliance: Adhere to health and safety regulations, alcohol service laws, and company policies.
