Bicsi Technician

Description

They are seeking experienced BICSI Level I or II Certified Technicians for a structured cabling project. The scope includes CAT6 and fiber optic cable installation in support of a datacomm infrastructure upgrade. Candidates must have a BICSI Cert.

Install, terminate, and test CAT6 and fiber optic cabling per project specifications.

Follow BICSI standards and best practices for structured cabling.

Read and interpret blueprints, floor plans, and technical diagrams.

Work collaboratively with site supervisors and other trades.

Maintain accurate documentation of work performed and materials used.

Adhere to all safety and security protocols on-site.

These technicians need to be great with the customer. Redstone Arsenal is a very important customer for Tusco so these guys need to be able to be very customer facing and good in a team. Can't have anyone who may be causing problems, goofing off or other issues related to that.

Tools aren't required for this role, Tusco will be able to provide them but more than anything this

This is a Contract position based out of Huntsville, AL.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
