Responsibilities
- Administer medications and nursing care per physician orders; monitor residents and document changes in condition.
- Monitor vital signs, assess for trends, and respond to acute changes following established protocols.
- Perform wound care, injections, routine assessments, and other standard nursing tasks; manage supplies and equipment.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living; promote safety, comfort, and resident dignity.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation; communicate updates and care plans to the supervising RN and care team.
- Adhere to infection control, safety policies, and regulatory requirements; contribute to a clean, organized unit environment.

Requirements
- Active LPN license (state requirements may vary)
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- Availability for a 7-week travel assignment beginning June 1, 2026
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts on a rotating schedule (3 on, 2 off, 2 on, 3 off)
- Experience or demonstrated competence in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting
- Strong communication and teamwork skills; ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary staff
