Urgently Hiring - Industrial Cleaning Technician / Plant Maintenance

We’re looking for hardworking, safety-conscious Industrial Cleaning Technicians who aren’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and tackle tough industrial jobs. This fast-paced, physically active role includes industrial cleaning, equipment support, and plant maintenance work at a variety of industrial facilities.

You’ll operate high-pressure water blasters, industrial vacuums, and other heavy-duty equipment to help keep plants, job sites, and industrial systems clean, safe, and running efficiently.
$17-$19/hr

What You’ll Be Doing (Your Daily Workout Routine):

• Operate High-Pressure Equipment Master the art of hydroblasting, industrial vacuuming, and heavy-duty industrial cleaning.
• Plant Maintenance Support Assist with industrial cleaning and maintenance tasks that help keep plant operations running smoothly and safely.
• Stay Safe, Stay Smart Follow all safety policies and procedures — your safety is priority #1.
• Gear Up Use PPE and safety equipment properly while working in industrial environments.
• Tackle Tough Jobs Work in demanding conditions including extreme temperatures, tight spaces, and elevated areas.
• Overnight Opportunities Available We operate 24/7, so flexibility for nights, weekends, overtime, and overnight opportunities is important.
• Communicate & Collaborate Work closely with your team to complete jobs safely and efficiently.
• Travel & Explore Travel to different job sites and take on new challenges regularly.
• Maintain Equipment Inspect tools and equipment and report any issues or malfunctions.

What You Need to Succeed:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED preferred (not required).
• Ability to read and follow written/verbal instructions.
• Pass medical screening and drug testing.
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and perform physical labor daily.
• Mechanical knowledge or maintenance experience is a plus.
• Comfortable working flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must remain clean-shaven for respirator safety.
