Shifts Available:

Monday-Friday: 3pm-11:30pm & 11:00pm-7:30am (shift pay eligible)

Baylor weekends: Dayshift- 7:00am-7:30pm (baylor pay+shift pay)

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse LPN to join our team at Cloverdale Rehabilitation and Wellness Centers in Scottsboro, AL. As a Licensed Practical Nurse LPN at Cloverdale Rehabilitation & Wellness Center, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care to our patients and their families.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including vital signs, wound care, and medication administration
• Conduct initial patient assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, and evaluate patient progress
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and care

Requirements:

• Current LPN license in the state of Alabama

• Strong clinical skills, with attention to detail and commitment to providing exceptional patient care

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and responsibilities

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse healthcare teams
