**What You'll Do:**
+ Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at retail and mall locations.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, assisting with security-related concerns as needed.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail or mall premises and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential issues.
+ Observe and report any unusual activity, property damage, or security-related incidents to Allied Universal management and/or local authorities as directed.
+ Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits, helping to manage the flow of people within the location.
+ Support Allied Universal and client staff by providing information and directions to visitors and responding to routine inquiries.
+ Maintain a professional presence and adhere to all Allied Universal and client policies and procedures while on duty.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
+ Able to ride a bike.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
