Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Superintendent to oversee our construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating all site activities and managing the workforce, while maintaining effective communication with all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all on-site construction activities to ensure adherence to safety guidelines and project specifications.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project managers to ensure projects are on schedule and budget.
• Conduct regular inspections to monitor progress and quality, addressing any issues that arise in a timely manner.
• Prepare and maintain daily reports, project schedules, and budgets, providing updates to management as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all local building codes and regulations, making sure necessary permits are obtained and maintained.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry, with a focus on commercial projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams and foster a collaborative work environment.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and technical drawings.
