HR GENERALIST M-F 7:30-4:30

  • Process weekly payroll in ADP, ensuring accuracy in timekeeping, records, and reporting.
  • Administer employee benefits including health, life, and retirement plans, ensuring accurate enrollment, billing, and compliance.
  • Provide employees with timely guidance on benefits, payroll questions, and HR policies.
  • Partner with leaders to address employee relations, performance management, and corrective action processes.
  • Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and new hire orientation.
  • Maintain HRIS records, personnel files, and compliance documentation.
  • Support health & safety initiatives, including claims management and reporting.
  • Drive HR projects, training coordination, and process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with employment law, HR standards, and company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business, or related field (HR designation preferred).
  • 5–8 years of HR experience with at least 1 year of payroll processing (ADP strongly preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of benefits administration and HR compliance.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Experience in manufacturing HR environment is an asset.
