Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

What we’re looking for:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active state licensure required or eligibility to obtain
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellowship applicants welcomed
• Strong background in pediatric speech and language intervention, preferably with direct school experience
• Proficiency in teletherapy platforms and tools
• Commitment to evidence-based, individualized student care
• Effective communicator, both written and verbal
• Collaborative spirit and adaptability within diverse school teams

What you’ll do:

• Conduct speech and language assessments to identify student needs
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Provide direct and virtual speech therapy sessions in accordance with educational goals
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to promote student success
• Document progress, maintain accurate records, and monitor ongoing improvement
• Attend IEP meetings and contribute expertise to multidisciplinary teams
