Room Attendant- Luxury Hotel

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join the team at a prestigious, upscale hotel. This role is essential in delivering an exceptional guest experience by ensuring every room is cleaned, prepared, and presented to the highest luxury standards.

The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, maintains a polished and professional appearance, and understands the importance of consistency, discretion, and attention to detail in a high-end hospitality setting.

• Clean and service guest rooms and suites to luxury brand standards
• Make beds, change linens, and ensure flawless presentation of each room
• Restock amenities, towels, and guest supplies
• Inspect rooms to ensure cleanliness, functionality, and readiness for guests
• Report maintenance issues or damages promptly
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and hotel procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized housekeeping cart and work area
• Respect guest privacy and provide courteous, professional interactions when needed
• Meet daily room quotas while maintaining exceptional quality standards

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Room Attendant or Hotel Housekeeper required (upscale or luxury experience preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, bending, lifting, and pushing carts
• Previous experience as a Room Attendant or Hotel Housekeeper required (upscale or luxury experience preferred)
