Process Engineering Manager
Job Scope: Provide technical direction and supervision to a team of engineers and designers, ensuring timely delivery of process engineering services within budget and meeting quality expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Lead process engineering projects
- Develop and review process designs, estimates, and specifications
- Ensure safety, quality, and cost control
- Collaborate with clients and project teams
- Mentor and develop junior engineers
- Participate in business development and sales activities
Requirements:
- 15+ years of pulp and paper engineering experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering
- Professional Engineering registration highly preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
- Proficient in CAD software, Microsoft Office, and project simulation tools
Ideal Candidate: A seasoned pulp and paper engineering professional with strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction.
