• Location: Remote (based in Daphne, AL)
• Salary: $18–$25/hour
• Contract Type: Full-Time
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–6:00 PM CST

Role Overview

You will be the first point of contact for patients, providing professional customer service and supporting appointment scheduling. This role requires excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to manage both inbound and outbound calls effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and assist patients with scheduling, rescheduling, and registration
• Provide information about dental services and procedures
• Make outbound calls to follow up with patients, provide reminders, and encourage future appointments
• Document patient interactions accurately and maintain records
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations and high patient satisfaction

Candidate Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
