FastTrack is our ERP deployment program that seeks to consolidate over forty different ERP systems into one, and will become the "backbone" of our Xerox Reinvention. This is a highly multifaceted role that requires quick transition between one's creative and analytical mindsets, while at the same time maintaining poise and accountability. The successful candidate will move quickly as a builder and a "do'er," proactively guiding clients through the process of change and ensuring successful adoption of new strategies, processes, and technologies. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in change management, coupled with strong leadership skills and a proven track record of driving successful change initiatives.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Lead a team of OCM professionals supporting the day-to-day activities of FastTrack deployment. This means mentoring, advising, and co-creating change support deliverables that will drive adoption and sustainment of technologies, solutions, and/or ways of working that facilitate FastTrack.
+ Partner with the FastTrack program Executive and leadership team to help drive adoption strategies, formulate overarching project plans, and advise leadership on the overall successful launch of FastTrack.
+ Advise and coach BU and IT leadership across Xerox on FastTrack adoption and sustainment efforts to understand their strategic objectives, organizational culture, and readiness for change.
+ Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate an organization's readiness and capacity for change, identifying potential barriers and areas of resistance.
+ Coach senior leaders and executives in how they fulfill the role of change sponsor.
+ Provide support and coaching to HR Business Partners, Learning & Development Consultants and managers as they lead their direct reports through transitions.
+ Develop comprehensive change management strategies and plans, tailored to the unique needs and challenges of the organization.
+ Identify potential people-side risks, anticipated points of resistance, and develop specific plans to mitigate or address these concerns.
+ Engage and collaborate with key stakeholders at all levels of the organization to build alignment, garner support, and facilitate buy-in for proposed changes.
+ Design and implement change campaigns to include communication plans, videos, and infographics to ensure timely and transparent understanding of change initiatives, information and progress updates, and impacts to stakeholders.
+ Develop and deliver training programs to equip stakeholders with the knowledge, skills, and resources needed to adapt to new processes, systems, and ways of working.
+ Lead the implementation of change initiatives, providing guidance and support to project teams and stakeholders throughout the change process.
+ Coordinate with project teams to integrate change management activities into the overall project plan.
+ Coordinate with other departments and leaders to leverage expertise in support of change and adoption efforts.
+ Work with cross-functional business partners to ensure consistency throughout the adoption program lifecycle and share common understanding of business impacts as a result of system and process transformation.
+ Anticipate and address resistance to change through proactive engagement, coaching, and mitigation strategies, fostering a culture of openness and receptivity to change.
+ Evaluate effectiveness of change efforts, identify performance gaps, work to develop and implement interventions when needed, and capture and apply lessons learned to achieve continuous improvement.
+ Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness and impact of change management efforts, adjusting as needed to ensure successful outcomes.
**Requirements:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field
+ 7+ years of progressively more responsible professional experience
+ 5+ years of experience in organizational change management
