ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2016 and is a strong team of six focused on growth, teamwork, and delivering great service. I got my start in the industry right out of college as a State Farm team member, inspired by my best friends dad who was an agent. That early experience helped shape my approach to building a supportive and successful office.

Im a proud parent of three kids and a big sports fan, especially baseball. We stay very involved in the community, serving as a leading sponsor for local school athletics and supporting a high school coaching show at a local restaurant.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Joseph Chambers - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
  • Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
