Our agency opened in 2016 and is a strong team of six focused on growth, teamwork, and delivering great service. I got my start in the industry right out of college as a State Farm team member, inspired by my best friends dad who was an agent. That early experience helped shape my approach to building a supportive and successful office. Im a proud parent of three kids and a big sports fan, especially baseball. We stay very involved in the community, serving as a leading sponsor for local school athletics and supporting a high school coaching show at a local restaurant. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Joseph Chambers - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. As an attentive, sociable, and sales-minded professional, we are eager to have you on our team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
