Job Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the apartment community
- Manage leasing, renewals, and resident relations
- Ensure compliance with property policies and procedures
- Supervise and support on-site staff
- Monitor budgets and financial performance
Requirements
- Experience in multifamily/property management required
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage budgets and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and compliance
- Reliable transportation
