Diversified Sourcing Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Technician to join our team in a fast-paced auto parts assembly environment. This role is key to ensuring our products meet strict quality standards and supporting our production teams with accurate inspections and documentation.
Responsibilities:
Perform routine and detailed inspections on auto parts and assembled components
Verify product quality using gauges, calipers, micrometers, and other measurement tools
Document inspection results accurately and complete quality reports
Identify defects, non-conformances, and communicate issues to supervisors
Support root-cause investigations and corrective actions
Maintain clean, organized work areas following safety and 5S standards
Collaborate with production teams to ensure quality targets are met
Requirements:
Previous quality or manufacturing experience preferred (automotive experience a plus)
Strong attention to detail and ability to recognize defects
Ability to read and interpret basic work instructions and inspection sheets
Comfortable standing for long periods and performing repetitive tasks
Basic computer/data entry skills
Reliable, punctual, and able to work a 12-hour night shift

- Pay: $15.00 per hours
- Schedule: Monday–Friday 8-12 hours shifts (Some weekends required)
- Some Satursday required based on production needs
