TriVector Services, Inc., is seeking qualified candidates to fill our Flight Operations Systems Engineer position.

The candidate will support the Human Landing System (HLS) Program engineering team to develop Flight Operations process, products, and training at the Huntsville Operations Support Center (HOSC). Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Work directly with the Space Vehicle Systems Manager to plan and execute mission operations for the engineering support team at Marshall Space Flight Center (MSFC)
• Collaborate across the HLS Program teams to determine requirements needed for the Engineering team to monitor real-time telemetry and operations of its portfolio of missions. This may also include partner NASA programs.
• Develop the processes, products and agreements necessary to perform real time operations at the HOSC.
• Work with the Engineering Support teams to develop training plans and simulations needed to train members for console operations.
• Identify operational challenges, determine root cause and develop resolution strategies.

Required Qualifications:

• Candidate must be a U.S. citizen.
• The candidate must have at least 15+ years of experience with Spacecraft Mission Operations.
• A minimum of a B.S. degree in engineering or physics is required.
• Candidate should have expertise with the following:
  • Spacecraft operations product development and execution
  • Real-time support for on-orbit operations
  • Mission planning, timeline development, and analysis
  • Spacecraft telemetry trending and analysis
  • Briefing Senior Management and providing big picture awareness
• Candidate must have a working knowledge of Spacecraft subsystems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
• The ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with the MSFC Huntsville Operations Support Center strongly preferred.
