Forklift Operator

Location: Red Diamond | Moody, AL
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Hours: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (Must be willing to fill in for 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM and 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM shifts as needed)
Pay: Starting at $20/hour

What You’ll Do:

As a Forklift Operator, you’ll play a key role in warehouse and logistics operations by:

• Loading and unloading trucks safely and efficiently
• Pulling and staging orders for shipment
• Replenishing inventory into correct pick slots
• Putting away inbound products after receipt
• Completing required logbooks and documentation accurately
• Inspecting equipment daily and reporting issues
• Reporting shortages and returning damaged product to manufacturing

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent (or relevant forklift/warehouse experience)
• Stable work history and consistent reliability
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to work efficiently and meet daily operational goals
• Willingness to adjust schedule when needed to support team coverage
• Dependability matters — we value team members who show up ready to contribute and take pride in their work
• Ability to operate equipment safely and follow written instructions

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:

• Forklift driving experience
• Warehouse operation skills
• Knowledge of forklift operating procedures and best practices
• Knowledge of safety procedures
• Basic reading and math skills for order accuracy and documentation
