Storage Facility Office Manager
:
Responsibilities:- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the storage facility- Manage a team of 2 employees. Only one employee will be at the location at a time.- Ensure excellent customer service by assisting customers with their storage needs- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner- Maintain a clean and organized storage facility.- Be able to rent out U-Haul equipment to customers and upsell moving supplies.- Monitor inventory levels and relay needs to company owner.- Enforce security measures to protect customers' belongings.
Requirements:- Previous experience in retail management or assistant manager role.- Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems for sales transactions.- Excellent communication skills, especially phone etiquette, to interact with customers.- Ability to effectively manage a small team, delegate tasks fairly, and provide guidance & support to your coworkers.- Strong sales skills to promote storage solutions and U-Haul rentals to potential customers.- Exceptional time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
