Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Supply Chain Manager to lead all warehouse and material flow operations in a high-volume manufacturing environment. This full-time position plays a critical role in ensuring safe, efficient execution of receiving, storage, production staging, packaging support, shipping, and inventory control across on-site and off-site warehouses.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop four or more Warehouse Supervisors and their teams, including forklift operators, material handlers, shipping/receiving clerks, and pack/wrap operators.
• Set daily and weekly priorities, staffing plans, and performance expectations aligned to production schedules and shipping commitments.
• Drive a culture of safety, accountability, continuous improvement, and engagement through regular huddles, audits, and performance reviews.
• Manage labor planning, including shift coverage, overtime control, training plans, and cross-training.
• Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations: inbound receiving, put-away, replenishment, line-side staging, finished goods staging, and outbound shipping.
• Ensure warehouse layout, slotting, and material flow support throughput and minimize travel, touches, and congestion.
• Own shipping accuracy, on-time performance, and carrier coordination; ensure proper documentation and load securement.

Essential Skills

• Proven experience in warehouse management and operations.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Experience with supply chain management and inventory control.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet service, cost, safety, and quality targets.
• Proficiency in logistics and conflict management.

• Experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Ability to drive continuous improvement and engagement within the team.

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $95000.00/yr.
