Electrical Designer
We are conducting a confidential search for an Electrical Designer to support industrial design projects based out of Birmingham, Alabama . This role will focus on developing electrical drawings and construction packages for industrial facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare motor elementaries, wiring diagrams, panel layouts, and construction packages
- Develop and revise electrical drawings based on engineering markups
- Support equipment layouts and installation documentation
- Coordinate with other disciplines on project deliverables
- Assist with drawing updates based on field conditions and design revisions
Qualifications
- 5–20 years of electrical design experience
- Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments preferred
- Proficiency with AutoCAD or similar drafting tools
- Strong understanding of industrial electrical drawings and construction documentation
- Ability to work within multidisciplinary project teams
