Manufacturing Company in Decatur, AL seeking a dependable and safety-focused Pack Out Assembly Associate to join our 2nd shift team. This position is responsible for assembling, inspecting, packaging, and preparing products for shipment while maintaining quality and production standards.

Packout/ Assembly Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $17.39 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Second Shift ( Monday through Friday from 01:00pm to 10:00pm )

• Perform assembly and pack-out duties according to work instructions and specifications.
• Conduct visual inspections to ensure product quality and identify defects.
• Read and interpret blueprints and drawings to complete assembly tasks accurately.
• Operate hand tools and other basic equipment safely and effectively.
• Cut and install insulation materials as required.
• Safely operate a forklift to move materials and finished products.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Meet daily production and quality goals.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds on a regular basis.
• Previous forklift experience
• Ability to perform visual quality inspections.
• Experience using hand tools.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and work instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Packout/ Assembly Qualifications:

• Manufacturing or assembly experience.
• Material handling and warehouse experience.
• Experience working in a production environment.
