Machine Operator – Industrial Fabrication Facility
Location: Decatur, AL
Pay: $20.00–$23.00/hour (Based on Experience)
Full-Time | Overtime Available | Long-Term Opportunity
Texas Trades is hiring experienced Machine Operators for Turner/xPL's off-site manufacturing facility , where HAX systems and components are fabricated for large-scale data center projects. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing manufacturing team producing high-quality modular assemblies in a fast-paced industrial environment.
ResponsibilitiesOperate production and fabrication equipment safely and efficiently
Load, position, and process materials according to production schedules
Read work orders and follow production specifications
Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Work closely with fabrication, welding, and material handling teams to meet production goals
Previous machine operator experience is required
Manufacturing or industrial production experience required
Fabrication shop experience is highly preferred
Ability to work around large steel assemblies and industrial equipment
Able to read a tape measure and follow written work instructions
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
$20.00–$23.00/hour DOE
Full-time hours with overtime available
Weekly pay
