Responsibilities

  • Manage and progress sales pipelines to meet quarterly targets.

  • Prospect within assigned territory to generate new leads and referrals.

  • Track and document all activity in CRM with accurate status updates.

  • Meet monthly and quarterly metrics for activity, conversion, and revenue.

  • Engage with partners and customers to qualify opportunities and next steps.

  • Estimate deal potential and help forecast revenue for the territory.

  • Deliver product demonstrations and tailored pitches to potential clients.

  • Collaborate with marketing to convert inbound inquiries into opportunities.

  • Stay updated on product roadmap and industry trends to inform selling strategy.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and contractual terms in all deals.

  • Provide timely feedback on market needs and competitive landscape.

  • Attend regular team and leadership reviews to discuss progress and blockers.


Experience/Qualifications

  • Proven B2B sales experience with quarterly target attainment.

  • Territory prospecting and lead generation, with CRM hygiene.

  • Forecasting and pipeline management aligned to quarterly revenue goals.

  • Ability to deliver product demos and tailored pitches.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication for customer-facing roles.

  • Compliance with company policies and contractual terms in all deals.

  • Strong collaboration with marketing to convert inbound inquiries.

  • Understanding of product roadmap and ability to translate into selling strategy.

  • Ability to work onsite, self-motivated, and thrive in a high-visibility, metrics-driven environment.

  • Contract-based employment with strong accountability for individual results.
