Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Long-Term Care in Muscle Shoals, AL. This travel assignment starts May 1, 2026 for 8 weeks. Earn $705-$753 per week with guaranteed 36 hours per week. Shift: 3x12-hour day shifts (6:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.). Setting: LTC – Nursing Home.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting, focusing on comfort, safety, and dignity
- Administer medications and document administration accurately in the charting system
- Monitor vital signs, assess changes in condition, and escalate concerns to the charge nurse
- Assist residents with activities of daily living and ensure a respectful, patient-centered care plan
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to implement care plans and meet regulatory standards
- Maintain infection control practices and complete timely, accurate documentation

Requirements
- Active Practical Nursing license (LPN) and eligibility to practice in the state
- Ability to work 3x12-hour day shifts and meet guaranteed hours
- Experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing preferred
- Current CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain)
- Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced long-term care environment and adhere to policies
