**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description**
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team and contribute to maintaining and improving our facility operations. This role involves performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on various equipment, including conveyors, automation, and robotics.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform preventive maintenance, routine inspections, and ad-hoc repairs on assigned conveyors, automation, robotics, and ancillary equipment as needed.
+ Troubleshoot and correct issues on out-of-service equipment, act as an escalation point for lower-level technicians, and escalate to leadership when necessary.
+ Document all maintenance activities in the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) and maintain accurate records for all facility systems.
+ Mentor maintenance personnel to develop their skills and knowledge of equipment.
+ Assist maintenance mechanics with tasks requiring two people or when operational needs demand.
+ Execute facility/building project work, including light bulb replacement, door repairs, furniture installation, ceiling tile replacement, carpentry, plumbing repairs, and maintaining operation logs.
+ Assemble and test equipment to verify correct operation and production, analyze production delays, and implement corrective procedures.
+ Certify on all industrial lift equipment such as pickers, reaches, skates, booms, and scissor lifts.
+ Oversee assigned projects, including minor space renovations, inventory management, contractor oversight, and building efficiency improvements.
+ Inspect and monitor routine maintenance provided by junior engineers, providing guidance and training as needed.
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience in maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanical systems, automation, and conveyor maintenance.
+ Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams.
+ Experience in electrical, PLC troubleshooting, and forklift repair.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ 2-5 years of experience with conveyor, automation, or robotics equipment repair and maintenance.
+ Associate's Degree in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering Technology, Mechanical Engineering Technology, HVAC, or equivalent.
+ Graduate of an apprenticeship program or current trade certification preferred.
+ Understanding of machinery/equipment and basic computer software packages including Microsoft Excel.
+ Experience with PLC logic systems and troubleshooting.
+ Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time for business purposes.
+ Ability to perform physical activities necessary for the role, including lifting up to 75 lbs, standing for extended periods, and working from heights.

**Work Environment**
The role is based in a Distribution Center, working alongside 15 other technicians and a manager. There are four current openings for different shifts, including Weekend Day Shift, 2nd Shift, and 3rd Shift, providing flexibility to accommodate various schedules. The work involves exposure to warehouse and production environments, requiring adherence to safety procedures and the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $69160.00 - $73840.00/yr.
Our benefit package includes health insurance, life and disability, 401(k) contributions, paid time off, etc., for employees working 30 or more hours per week on average. For roles where employees work less than 30 hours per week, benefits include 401(k) contributions as well as access to the Employee Assistance Program, Employee Resource Groups and the Employee Service Corp.
