Team One CDJR in Anniston, AL is looking for an experienced, customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our growing service department. Compensation: $70,000–$125,000+ annually , based on experience, performance, customer satisfaction, and other qualifying factors.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide an outstanding service experience
• Listen to customer concerns and recommend appropriate maintenance and repair services
• Prepare repair estimates and explain recommendations clearly
• Coordinate repairs with technicians and monitor repair progress
• Keep customers informed throughout the repair process
• Maintain accurate repair orders and ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• Previous automotive Service Advisor experience preferred
• CDJR dealership experience is a plus
• Strong communication, customer service, and sales skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Professional attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Valid driver's license required
