The Lioce Group is hiring anMFP/Printer Service Technician to join our growing service team. This role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing office printers, copiers, and multi-function devices (MFPs). If you have previous experience in office equipment repair we want to hear from you.

Job Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair MFPs, printers, and copiers
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network connectivity issues
• Perform preventive maintenance and respond to service calls in a timely manner
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers
• Maintain accurate service logs and parts usage records
• Coordinate with the service team and dispatcher
• Follow safety procedures and company guidelines

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Copier/MFP experience
• Mechanical or technical repair experienceis highly valued
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Basic understanding of networks and print drivers
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work independently
• Great time management and communication skills
